Australian Manufacturing Excellence

Mayfield’s manufacturing operations provide the foundation for our business, delivering Australian-made electrical infrastructure for the nation’s most critical operations. With 34,400m² of scaled facilities and decades of technical expertise, we produce switchboards, transportable switchrooms, and power distribution systems that meet the highest reliability and safety standards.

Core Products

Switchboards:

Custom-engineered and modular systems for low, medium, and high voltage applications. Includes Moducell demountable technology and Schneider Electric’s Okken fully withdrawable systems.

Transportable Switchrooms:

Turnkey custom-built solutions integrating electrical infrastructure with HVAC, fire systems, and communications. Pre-commissioned to reduce on-site time.

Kiosk Substations:

Modular substations with ingress protection up to IP66. Complete integration of MV switchgear, transformers, and LV switchboards.

Custom Solutions:

Advanced CAD capabilities enable bespoke panels and enclosures for specific project requirements.

Our Manufacturing Facilities

Both facilities feature advanced manufacturing equipment, comprehensive testing capabilities, and quality control systems ensuring every product meets stringent Australian standards before delivery.
